Carlos accepts 6 paswords at the title screen

	ENIRD - cheat mode
		unlimited life
		jump to next level when pressing backspace
	LOOPS - level 1
	BONGO - level 2
	GALET - level 3
	PATAU - level 4
	SIRTA - level 5

If a password ends with 'M' and the level number (0 based) is an odd number,
the game starts directly at the boss/monster section.

	BONGOM - starts at level 2 monster
	PATAUM - starts at level 4 monster

This is likely a left-over from Nicky2 code where bosses are present every
two levels (at the end of each of the four worlds).
